By the grace and blessings of Allah-Almighty, 15 batches of LL.B. 3 year law degree programme, 7 batches of B.A.LL.B. 5 year integrated law degree programme and 2 batches of LL.M. Regular Law Post Graduate programme have completed Student. Who have completed law degree programme are serving as legal professionals across the country.
Our motto is to be an institution of excellence. It is our endeavor, not only to train the students and equip them well to practice law, but also to transform them into creative problem solvers, capable of assisting in improving the legal system to make a better society. They will not only react the problems but also anticipate them and be ready to devise innovative and responsible solutions to serve the needs of their clients and the community at large.

About the College
Hakeem Mehtab Uddin Hashmi College of Law, Amroha was established in 2005 by Mrs. Shakira Begum w/o Late Hakeem Mehtab uddin Hashmi under the aegis of Hashmi Human Resources Development Society (HHRDS). The Society through its educational institutions is disseminating academic as well as job oriented education. The 'HHRDS' is empowering each section of the society in general and women in special through its Hashmi Girls Intrer college, Hashmi Girls (PG) College and HMU Hashmi College of law. All the educational institutions run under the aegis of HHRDS' are disseminating Islamic approaches of peace, humanity, tolerance, social solidarity and morality. The 'HHRDS' and its allied institutions have served and will continue in serving all the communities without discrimination, maintaining high standards of excellence in education, humanity and patriotism.
Primarily with the objective of disseminating quality legal education and legal awareness in weaker section of the society. The 'HHRDS' took another enviable initiative in 2005 towards the establishment of a center for legal studies in Amroha, western Uttar Pradesh. The Hakeem Mehtab Uddin Hashmi College of Law, Amroha came into existence in the session 2006 with its affiliation to M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and approval by the Bar Council of India vide its letter no. BCI:D:114/2006 (LE:mtg) dated 13th July, 2006. The college is certified as a Minority Educational Institution under section 2 (g) of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions Act, 2004. The college has been accredited 'B' Grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in 2016. This self finance college offers two bachelor programmes LL.B. 3 year law degree programme and B.A.LL.B. 5 years integrated law degree programme. The college is adhere with its objectives of promoting and disseminating legal education, legal awareness and legal aid for needy peoples of society, so that every person can enjoy fundamental freedoms offered and guaranteed by the International as well as municipal laws. It is a truism that a sound legal order is the basis of a democratic society because law is one of the major tool to develop social, economic and political life of individual as well as the nation. The college is constantly looking forward to cultivate the science of Law and promoting advanced studies in law so asto meet the social, economic, political and other needs of the country. The college aims apreducing world class academicians, Judges, lawyers and leaders in all spheres of life by embedding in its students a high moral values, commitment to quality. Apart from Prins, the intensive personality development programmes offered by the college, help them in casting into a competitive human resource and wealth of the nation.

This inspired us to produce good lawyers who can serve these people of the society and assist them in exercising their inalienable rights without any obstacle.
