As per The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and BNS:

Unwanted physical contact or advances
Demand for sexual favors (quid pro quo harassment)
Sexually colored remarks, jokes, or gestures
Showing pornography without consent
Cyber harassment (unsolicited explicit messages/images)

Applies to all genders | Includes students, faculty, and staff.
