About the Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell of Hakeem Mahtab Uddin Hashmi College of Law, Amroha has been established to provide a platform for students, faculty, and staff to voice their concerns and complaints in a fair, transparent, and confidential manner. The Cell is committed to addressing all grievances promptly and effectively.
Objectives
- To ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment on campus.
- To resolve issues related to academics, administration, discrimination, and other personal concerns.
- To promote accountability and transparency within the institution.

How to Lodge a Grievance
Students and staff may submit their grievances through any of the following channels:

- Grievance Box: Located outside the Administartive Office
- Walk-In: Visit during office hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Redressal Process
- Acknowledge the grievance within 3 working days.
- Review and investigate within 7–30 days depending on the nature of the grievance.
- Inform the complainant of the outcome and resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality at all stages.
