As per The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and BNS:
- Unwanted physical contact or advances
- Demand for sexual favors (quid pro quo harassment)
- Sexually colored remarks, jokes, or gestures
- Showing pornography without consent
- Cyber harassment (unsolicited explicit messages/images)
Applies to all genders | Includes students, faculty, and staff.

Constituted as per POSH Act with:
- Presiding Officer (Senior Female Faculty)
- External Member (NGO Representative)
- Student Representatives

- Separate grievance cells for students/staff
3. Legal Consequences
- College-Level: Suspension/Expulsion
- Criminal: FIR under BNS Sectionsย
